Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories included. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
For safety reasons, our lighter is shipped without gas and must be refilled before use. Gas, cigarettes, or any personal items are not included with the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at thelooktwicestore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original packaging.
For safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns of any item that has been filled with gas or returned with flammable liquid or gas inside.
Gift cards, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
